Dr Chichetti and his team showed me the true meaning of compassion, team work, and skill when I fell, face down, on the sidewalk near my house in Chapel Hill. I did some damage to my teeth and mouth. Yes, we still drive from Chapel Hill for our dental appointments because we knew years ago we had found the best!
Dr Chichetti calmly spoke with us before we left the house had his team ready for my arrival. The ladies at the front were kind and sympathetic as they guided me to the back. Esme, Dr Chichetti’s assistant, gently got me ready for Dr Chichetti who calmly explained everything he was going to do so I didn’t have any surprises. Dr Chichetti started to work his magic and repeatedly asked if I was ok. Amy Chichetti came in to give me moral support and encouragement, Dr Patel stopped in to lend moral support and reassurance, and the rest of the team worked together to ensure the other patients received great care during their appointments.
When Dr Chichetti called the next day to see how I was doing, I could honestly say that I was doing well and was confident that his skill and the team’s compassion had turned around a frightening and serious situation into a positive experience. Dr Chichetti laid out several plans based on my healing progress and I’m completely confident that I’ll have the best outcome possible.

I go every 6 months for routine cleaning and I always notice something new. Every staff member that I've come in contact with has been very professional.
