Its been a while since I've had a 10/10 experience with dentistry and dental offices. Every single person I have encountered, from the front end staff, hygienist and dentist assistants, to Dr. C, has been courteous, competent and kind. I am so glad I've become a patient at this office. Ditch the big corporate dental offices with locations everywhere and come here! They are expeditious with insurance concerns and have in-house and third party payment plans also. I had to have scaling done today, which is normally quite a painful process but Sherry was attentive, gentle, communicative and efficient.

Excellent and helpful staff who are genuinely looking after you. Dr Chichetti and Dr Patel are excellent. They have always recommended the right care and specialists and respected my medical autonomy. I have been seen here since I was a young child into my adulthood and no medical office does it better.

Fantastic as always. Thanks guys. Sherry does a great job of cleaning my teeth. I schedule in advance to make sure I get her.

Sitting at my grandson's ballgame in Matthews, NC, I overheard two ladies from the visiting team discuss a variety of "life" issues. Finally, their conversation turned to dentistry and one lady proudly announced that she had kept her dentist in the University Area even though she had moved to Rock Hill, SC because she was so pleased with the staff, the office, and the dentist. I chuckled to myself because we, too, kept our dentist in the University area after moving to Union County for the same exact reasons. As she continued to extol the virtues of her dentist, I leaned over and said, "You go to Chichetti Dental, don't you?" Her answer was an emphatic "YES!" I forgot to share this story with Dr Chichetti and the staff when I was there last so I decided to write this review instead. All I can say is that lady, she ain't lyin'. That office has taken care of my family for over 20 years with exceptional service and skills. Do yourself a favor and join the Chichetti Dental family.

I returned to the office of Dr. Chichetti after a six year absence, and the experience was just as I remembered. A truly professional and caring environment; it was like visiting an old friend.
