We welcomed Samantha to our office in 2021. Samantha has been in the customer service field for over 10 years! She started in dentistry in 2017 and found that she has a passion for dentistry and helping patients receive their treatments needs.
Samantha likes creating genuine relationships with our patients and getting to watch how dentistry transforms their lives. She contributes to the success of our practice by helping patients coordinate their treatment and answering any financial questions. Samantha is always looking to grow and learn and continue her education to help patients maximize their treatment needs.
Samantha and her fiancé have a son and two dogs, which they love very much. When not at work, she loves to hike, paint and spend time with family.
Amy officially joined our practice in 2018 to help Dr. Chichetti run the business so he could focus on the clinical care of his patients. She graduated in 1999 from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in business administration. Amy has experience in many aspects of business operations and management.
Her goal to help our practice succeed is to execute an exceptional patient experience and create a high-performing team. She manages the business operation, HR and overall business strategy.
Amy is married to Dr. Chichetti, and they have a son and daughter. When not at the office, she enjoys doing yoga, hiking and hanging with the family.
Esmeralda joined our office in August of 2021. She studied at Lake Wylie School of Dental Assisting, which she graduated from in 2019. Esmeralda like our team and doctor dynamic and loves how everyone treats our patients with so much love and care. She helps provide patient care and safety, as well as support for our dentist.
Her hobbies include running and traveling!
Ashlyn started at our office in May 2022. She graduated from Charlotte Dental Assistant School in November 2017. She loves working at this practice because she gets to make patients smile, provide them the best experience and be a part of an amazing team. Ashlyn is always a team player and makes patients’ day.
Ashlyn is married to her husband, Dillion, and she has a son named Logan, two cats and a dog. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading self help books, listening to podcasts and traveling to the mountains.
Sheri joined our team in 1998! She graduated from Macomb College in 1984 with an associate degree in dental assisting II. She later attended the Central Piedmont Community College dental hygiene program, which she graduated from in 1998 and was awarded the Golden Scaler Award.
Sheri likes being a part of a team that always has the best internet of our patients! We work together with top quality products and up-to-date technology. She always tries to do her best with our patients and coworkers and to follow the lead of our bosses. She contributes to our success by learning new products and procedures through continuing education courses so that she can pass the information on to our patients. Sheri feels very blessed to have worked for this practice for over 20 years. She plans to continue on with her career here at Chichetti and Patel Dental Wellness and cannot imagine working anywhere else!
Sheri has been married to her husband, Phill, for over 30 years! In her free time, she and her husband love spending time on the water. They enjoy boating and jet skiing every chance they get. They also enjoy camping, hiking and spending time with their family.
